If you would like to camp at Fairgrounds, you will need to purchase a FESTIVAL ENTRY + CAMPING ticket. This ticket gives you entry to Rivercamp to pitch your own tent and access to the complimentary shuttle between Rivercamp and the festival.

If you wish to upgrade your camping experience, you can then book:

A pre-assembled tent at Rivercamp via Fairgrounds’ exclusive tent supplier RENT-A-TENT


A more glamorous stay at the FAIRGROUNDS POP UP HOTEL located within the festival grounds.



RIVERCAMP (All ages)

Rivercamp is Fairgrounds’ campsite where you can enjoy Pitch Your Own (General Admission) camping or upgrade to a pre-assembled tent. Rivercamp is nestled on a scenic woodland riverbank where you can go for a refreshing dip in the beautiful river, supervised by qualified lifeguards. Breakfast, perfect for carnivores, vegans, gluten and dairy free diets, may be purchased at Rivercamp on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

When you arrive in this beautiful countryside location & park your car in the Rivercamp car park, you’ll feel a million miles from the city but you’ll actually only be a five-minute shuttle ride away from Fairgrounds – our dedicated complimentary shuttle operates between Rivercamp and Fairgrounds during Festival hours.

All Rivercamp patrons must purchase a FESTIVAL ENTRY + CAMPING ticket via Moshtix for access to both Fairgrounds and Rivercamp. 

If you wish to upgrade your Rivercamp experience, you can purchase camping upgrades via RENT-A-TENT

Rivercamp campsites are 3m x 3m (9m2) and are for tents only, so if you wish to bring a campervan or trailer, check out the local holiday parks and make use of our shuttles travelling to the surrounding regions, detailed below.




For the smoothest of festival experiences, Fairgrounds Pop Up Hotel is located on the festival site, a mere stroll to the main stage. Upon arrival, you will park in the Hotel’s exclusive car park and be directed to your nearby tent, assembled and equipped with all the essential furnishings.

As a Fairgrounds Hotel guest, you have treats awaiting you round the clock. There’s complimentary breakfast, from the award-winning Paperbark Camp Restaurant, with vego, gluten and dairy-free diet options.

Hotel patrons will also have exclusive access to the Fairgrounds swimming pool on Friday afternoon and Saturday mornings.

Friday 8 December: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Saturday 9 December: 9:00am – 12:00pm

The nearby coastal towns of Gerringong and Gerroa offer Fairgrounds patrons the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful South Coast beach stay. Making things even easier, our shuttles provide a scenic shuttle ride between the area and Fairgrounds during event hours.

Shoalhaven Heads is a short shuttle ride from Fairgrounds, situated near the historic Coolangatta Winery, at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach and on the mouth of the sparkling Shoalhaven River.

Shoalhaven’s main town is just a 15 minute shuttle ride from Fairgrounds. Nowra sits on the banks of the beautiful Shoalhaven River, close to wineries and gorgeous beaches. Visitors can enjoy award winning restaurants, river cruises, kayaking, bushwalking and climbing.

Fairgrounds shuttle services to/from Berry stop in Gerringong, Gerroa, Shoalhaven Heads, Nowra and Kangaroo Valley, and operate during event hours. Shuttles operate on a loop and are on a first come, first serve basis. Further shuttle info will be provided closer to the event.

Shuttle capacities are limited. Please book your ticket in advance to avoid disappointment. Please note, you must have a FESTIVAL ENTRY + SHUTTLE ticket to access the shuttlesThis can be purchased along with your event ticket.



Our South Coast shuttle runs between Fairgrounds, Seven Mile Beach Holiday Park, Gerroa, Gerringong (Fern Street – corner of Blackwood Street) and Mountain View Resort & Shoalhaven Heads Holiday Park, Shoalhaven Heads.



Our Kangaroo Valley shuttle runs between Fairgrounds and Kangaroo Valley Council Car Park, opposite the Kangaroo Valley Fudge House and Ice Creamery, 162 Moss Vale Road, Kangaroo Valley.

This service operates between Fairgrounds and Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre, 42 Bridge Street, Nowra.




There is a free Fairgrounds shuttle service operating to Rivercamp. This service is a complimentary part of your FESTIVAL ENTRY + CAMPING ticket. Shuttles will run on a loop between the campground and the festival.

Saturday 9 December:  8:00am – 12:00am




We encourage you to use public transport when travelling to Fairgrounds. Conveniently, Berry train station is located right next to Fairgrounds home site at the picturesque Showgrounds.

The train from Sydney also stops at Kiama and Gerringong just before reaching Berry.

If you are travelling by car we recommend carpooling. From Sydney, Fairgrounds is a short and stunning drive along breezy cliff top roads and through lush green rolling hills. From Canberra, jump in the car and head north east towards the memorable South Coast region.

On both Friday and Saturday, ample free parking will be available in central Berry at our Fairgrounds parking sites, a short stroll or shuttle ride to the Festival. See our FAQ for more information.
