Remember to pack your cozzies and come make a splash at the super cute Fairgrounds pool. In between your favourite bands, grabbing a tasty morsel, market meandering or enjoying some field games, grab some friends and come lounge poolside, have a dip, a float, or a great big refreshing splash in our cool pool.
There’s no need to queue – to gain your entry and join in the fun, all you need to do is visit our friendly Pool Kiosk and pick up your free pool pass to reserve your swim time. The Kiosk also has cloakroom facilities for swimmers, shop and drop for market purchases, as well as free sunscreen. All this and a tuck shop, piled high with delicious home baked tasties, which you can enjoy, safe in the knowledge you’re helping the community, as all Kiosk profits go straight to Berry Primary School.

At Fairgrounds we take your eatin’ seriously! Our food fiesta is curated by a local team of dedicated chefs and bakers. They have spent months sourcing the perfect combination of the finest and freshest of the South Coast’s world-famous quality ingredients. Then they have transformed this amazing produce into a mouth-watering selection of tasty dishes to offer you a world of deliciousness.
Our food line-up includes lush local oysters, taste-sensational tacos, gourmet burgers and pies, Japanese street dishes, Peruvian bites, bubbling pans of meat, vego and seafood paella, flavour-packed Cuban rice specialities, 48 hour sloooow cooked brisket, tenderly roasted chooks, fresh chargrilled veggies, crisp freshly picked salads, dangerous donuts, cheesy mac goodness, dips, wraps, refreshing cold-pressed juices, ice cool gelati, locally roasted coffee, home-made lemonade, craft beers, wine and much, much more. Yes! Yes! Yes! By popular demand, our country-authentic long-table restaurant is back, again run by Jervis Bay’s total legends, Paperbark Camp. The carefully curated, Fairgrounds exclusive three course dinner is a sublime share plate feast. The seatings are thoughtfully timed with band performances, you’ll also be able take in all the music you desire.
Of course young Fairgrounds’ guests are totally welcome here too – there’s a kids menu made with them in mind. Alternatively, pre-bookable child-minding is a short stroll from the Restaurant, so your youngest ones will taken care of by trained carers while you kick back and enjoy the beautiful dinner. Come and hang out in Fairgrounds Market, the carefully curated, eclectic Festival destination that’s perfect for ambling, browsing and buying.
Located under a beautiful leafy canopy of trees, our Market is an awesome space to chill and browse for everything from vintage and new fashion, locally made jewellery, handmade kimonos, organic bug spray and avocado-printed hats to protect your face from that festival sun! Come and refresh with a chilled home-made lemonade or ice-cream on the picnic style benches.
We’ll even take care of any purchases for you at our Pool Kiosk so go ahead – shop and drop. In addition to all this, the Market is home to our Record Fair where you can crate dig for vinyl gems and collectables. There’s even an opportunity to join in a series of crafty workshops!

Calling all crate diggers! Come get your fingers dusty digging amongst the rows of new and second hand collectables. This is your chance to unearth some rare vinyl gold at the Fairgrounds Record Fair. Along with our carefully selected vendors of vinyl the Fair is also home to our friends at Inertia Music’s incredibly cool pop up record store. They will be bringing quality music from labels such as 4AD, Soul Jazz, Light In The Attic, Dot Dash, Elefant Traks, Pod, DFA, Mute, Chapter, Secretly Canadian, Partisan, Rough Trade, Warp and more. And they’ll be showcasing their catalogue includes a range of global and local artists such as Interpol, Hockey Dad, Nick Cave, Cigarettes After Sex, Parquet Courts, Oneothrix Point Never, Rodriguez and King Gizzard.
Held under the shade of our beautiful tree canopy, in the middle of our local artisan markets the Fairgrounds Record Fair is a truly crate occasion that’s not to be missed!
GAMES ON THE GREEN

Back by popular demand, it’s Fairgrounds traditional Games on the Green, open to one and all. We invite you to come and join us in our busy schedule of fun on the main oval in front of an ever appreciative audience. Who can resist pitting themselves against the best of the best when highlights include elite level egg-and-spoon, three-legged, wheelbarrow and sack races plus lawn twister and a the popular family tug-of-war? Be sure to grab your friends and head on over for some serious sporting gold. Fairgrounds Games on The Green – keeping the good times flowing in Berry’s beautiful Showground on the first weekend of summer.

From the 1980s to the current moment, Britains pioneering punk/poet Billy Bragg, has endured as one of the world’s most captivating songwriters and political voices.
Hear from the man himself as he chats music, life and current affairs with former Deputy Prime Minister, federal member for Grayndler and self-professed Bragg super-fan, Anthony Albanese.

Take a break under the trees with a colourful and creative project led by Swedish-Australian illustrator Elin Matilda. In the not-so-serious morning workshop, Fangirl Fun, you’ll be invited to DIY your very own paper portrait of one of our amazing Fairgrounds artists.
If you’d rather someone else do the crafting for you, Elin will also be running one-on-one sessions in the afternoon, where you can get a personalised Paper Portrait done of you on the spot.
